Scope of Services
Our company provides a service to help individuals and businesses recover their lost or unclaimed property from the California Unclaimed Property division. We will use our best efforts to locate your property and assist you with the claims process. However, we cannot guarantee the recovery of your property, as the California Unclaimed Property Division may deny a claim for various reasons.
Fees and Payment
We charge a contingency fee for our services, which is a percentage of the recovered property value. You will not be charged any fees if we do not recover any property for you. Our fees are clearly stated in the California Investigator Agreement created by the State of California, and we will not charge any additional fees without your explicit consent.
Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the property you are seeking to recover and that you have the authority to authorize our services. You also agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself and the property you seek to recover.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MuleOne LLC harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services, including any claims related to the ownership or recovery of the property.
Limitation of Liability
MuleOne LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including any errors, omissions, or delays in the recovery process.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms of service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California.
Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate these terms of service at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms of service shall constitute your agreement to such changes.
Entire Agreement
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and MuleOne LLC and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
